Hip: Cafe Dyrehaven offers well-priced open sandwiches located in a former dive-bar turned all day hipster hang-out (both of them above are featured on our video post here). Their approach is a modern take on smørrebrød that gives a gentle nod – or is it a thumbs up? – to tradition.
