As the flat is up on the 7th and top floor, you’ll get to see most of Paris iconic blockbusters from your window (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Pompidou Center etc). Paris’ sunsets are often magical – here you can make the most of it!
While its central location and breathtaking views make it popular – the flat’s decor is what makes it special. It’s been furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques, oddities and bric-a-brac (like a ‘a little cabinet of curiosities’ says the owner) which gives it a chic and romantic feel.
Le Marais – the old Jewish quarter turned gay turned bobo – is always popular with tourists: it’s a beautiful, old part of town, is very central and full of cool shops, bars (Candelaria, La Perle… ) and restaurants (The Swedish Institute, les Gars dans la Cuisine, Jaja etc).
This flat is on the shopping strip of Rue des Francs Bourgeois: one block from Place des Vosges and between Le Marché des Enfants Rouges (try the take-away couscous, tagines or our favourite, the pastillas) and the Pompidou center. It’s perfectly located. Nearest metro Station is St-Paul on line 1 which whizzes you across Paris in no-time.
What We Love
The cool and creative vibe – it’s cosy and peaceful, and yet in the middle of all the action.
