The Henriette Hotel is a delightful small hotel located on the Rive Gauche, on the edge of the Quartier Latin.
High on Parisian charm, off a cobblestone alleyway, the hotel was carefully redesigned by Vanessa Scoffier, a former fashion editor, who turned each room into its own little whimsical world. Scoffier sourced most of the furniture and light fittings from various vintage markets around Paris. We are fond of her experiments mixing elaborate wallpapers with more modern, solid colour-blocks.
A stone’s throw away from the picturesque Quartier Latin, Hotel Henriette is situated on the edge of the less touristy 13th arrondissement. It’s still walking distance from Le Jardin des Plantes (a lovely botanitcal parc home of Paris’s Museum of Natural History) and the Mosquée de Paris (worth visiting for its hamman and cafe) and very much a central base for exploring the rest of Paris.
What We Love
Cool and cheerful, the Henriette Hotel is also surprisingly cheap (double start around 110 euros a night).
