Combing beauty, functionality and simplicity Danish design sets the bench mark to which we can all aspire. Design Museum Danmark showcases all aspects of design – furniture, lighting to textiles, with special displays dedicated the heavyweights of Danish design: Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton, Kaare Klint and Poul Henningsen. In addition there are revolving exhibits of contemporary Danish arts, from jewellery to graphic design.
Other visitor perks include the lovely gardens; temptations include a beautiful cafe run by three bright young things of the masculine species, finally an enticing gift store promises to empty your wallet of any remaining kroner!
